Trackcor provides excellent onsite calibration services for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and manual torque reliant tooling systems. The calibration service procedure includes:
- Calibration of tools is completed onsite
- NIST traceable certificate of calibration
- Archiving of historical data for an indefinite period
- Calibration sticker
- Calibration seals where applicable
- As-found and as left data
- Retest notice when calibration is due
- General cleaning of the instrument
- Online certification and status check
Onsite training is an available service of Trackcor.
The modules include training the candidate to a proficient level of torque setting, job analysis, operation, safety and maintenance. Ultimately, every successful candidate to pass the training module is deemed competent to operate either, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or manual tooling.
The slings include learning to recognize, define, understand and avoid hazards and risks. Theoretical and practical knowledge is achieved to increase productivity and efficiency of the workshop.
