Trackcor offers a tailor-made service contract solution which removes guess work from tool uptime, service and calibration intervals and repair cost. In turn, this ultimately saves you time, money and the inconvenience of having un-operational or un-precise tooling.

Repairs

Tools brought into Trackcor for repair undergo an in-depth ‘‘strip and quote’’ procedure, using supplier schematics and repair recommendations.

Only original manufacturer parts are fitted to the tools and recognized testing done post repair. Trackcor offers a 1 month ‘‘no questions asked’’ warranty on all works completed.

Calibration

Trackcor provides excellent onsite calibration services for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and manual torque reliant tooling systems. The calibration service procedure includes:

Training

Onsite training is an available service of Trackcor.

The modules include training the candidate to a proficient level of torque setting, job analysis, operation, safety and maintenance. Ultimately, every successful candidate to pass the training module is deemed competent to operate either, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or manual tooling.

The slings include learning to recognize, define, understand and avoid hazards and risks. Theoretical and practical knowledge is achieved to increase productivity and efficiency of the workshop.
